ARB Request Process
If the changes you are requesting simple changes that are within the C & R's list of acceptable changes, you can fill out the ARB form and submit to Board President or VP.
If your request involves construction (fences, pools, additions, etc.) or anything outside of what is allowed in the C & Rs then you must submit the ARB through the management company and pay a $45 fee for processing.
If you are unclear which process you need to follow, please reach out to a Board Member for clarification.
